Arena Provisions is a family-owned and operated business with a tradition of excellence in the meat industry. Our story began when Carlos Arena emigrated from Italy in 1914, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in custom meats. Together with his son, they established and operated a thriving meat market in New York City.

In 1991, Carlos’ grandson Frank continued this legacy by founding Arena Provisions, becoming part of the Boar’s Head family in Brooklyn, New York, and subsequently relocating to Florida in 2006. Now Frank and his family, including his son John, share the excellence of Boar’s Head Brand provisions throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
